In addition to writing your own behavior change and motivational messages we offer two types of custom messages to be sent to you: MHI Expert Messages and outside expert user generated messages (Custom Txts). If you would like extra support and reinforcement when changing, we recommend using this optional feature of the program. These additional messages can help you gain more insight into your problem and offer new ways to motivate you and help you cope with changing your behavior. See below for a list of categories.
